Also ran a 10.9 at 62mph as well. This car is seriously fast if it has enough time to slow down before the end of the 1/4 to hit 23mph.

Reasoning behind that is it needs more safety equipment to be allowed to make a full 1/4. Based on the 6.1 1/8 ET it could easily be a low 9's car.

I don't know much about it, it's a local Subaru Tuner's shop car or something, maybe a customer with deep pockets. It's called NF "Stage WTF". They also have a 2.5RS bugeye sleeper that runs 10's, and a "Stage 1" WRX hatch with like 500whp.

I dont. It was so fast that it had time to slow down before the end. Wasn't allowed to make a full pass because it didn't have a chute or cage yet.
